the story

i will a tempt to tell a story that is old an some what new. my story my testimony not a historical account. just life my life,maybe this will help me more than anyone else. first i am not a preacher or religious in any way. so what has happened in this story is bizarre sort of reminds me of a fairy tale. so i will begin by saying once upon a time in a land close by a country call Texas i begin a journey. i will read a book called the bible for it has the truth of God and it will make me smart so when i get old maybe i can help someone with their problems. reading is not something i do writing even less, but as i read it was given me the glory of God. understanding knowledge gifts of the Spirit came with His presences . i like a child wanted all i saw.
so now i feel like a message in a bottle just floating on a wave being tossed about. never knowing if i will be broken upon the rocks or found by a small child who does not read , never knowing if i will make a difference.
God help me. the journey begins in the pages of the bible and it will end in the bible. i begin to read one word at a time not trying to get a head but to spend time listening to what each word sounded like. hours turned into days i was lost in time and time had no meaning. all i could think about was His word. not in a fanatical way but in a way like love in two people when they don't see others just each other.

good feeling

went to new Orleans this week and talk about a third world country. people living in the streets begging for help. their was a young couple with two dogs needed help. didn't have time to decide if they were in need or panhandlers so gave them a copy of the hope bible and ten dollars. later that day had pray for them . i don't think i missed God i believe He was already there. i cant help people but if i give them the bible maybe thats something.
Father bless these young people with understanding of your love guide them in this great time of trial and tribulation. may they understand the name of Jesus and Your will for their lives.

christmas 09

i am praying this morning but something feels wrong so maybe i need to be thank full for what i already have. the LORD has been good to me this year and i would like to be remembering all that HE has given. first my wife who has always been there for me. then my daughter with her big smile and fun loving attitude that all ways fills up the room. next Jacob the youngest my son . i should have named him EARL but i am just glad we had him.o yea he has a big smile too. then there is Amanda whom we love dearly. this is Jacobs true love. and we are so glad that she is with us this Christmas season. and last but not lease is spank ( Jeffery) this is Randy's boy friend. all in all family must be important too GOD THE FATHER for its HIS plan that JESUS fulfilled when He said ( its finished ).GODS family was back together again. so this Christmas season we gather together en remembrance of JESUS who made all this possible. Father thank you for this wonderful season and we remember and give thanks for your son Jesus. amen

tired of church

playing church is just as bad as not going to church. so why the dissatisfaction in church by so many? maybe just maybe its God working in His way not ours. all ways watching but not all ways a part of our plans. maybe causing us to hate our on works and to seek His purpose in our life. after all His word says to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto us. we as sinners are all ways skipping the God part and going for the me part. Lord please forgive me for my worldliness help me to see your purpose not my purpose in your plan.in Jesus name.

the return of CHRIST

the most important event in history. soon will be upon us and the question most asked is not will we be ready but what are we doing for others. do we still have faith or has the world chipped away at us so much that we have become null and void. sit down be quite do not question the church in what its doing go along do not question the people in charge please give me a break. does the word conversion mean anything to the church anymore are we to just receives members.

what part of this ass whupping don t you understand. this is the best answer for what s wrong with christian people to day. most people believe christian should be happy all the time. but the bible tells us that we have a enemy. in CHRIST we have victory not in our selves
